Once the file is gunzipped, you'll find it to be an ascii file with the 
following fields:

1: time (seconds of day)
2: latitude in deg (from precise GPS solution)
3: longitude in deg (from precise GPS solution)
4: ht in m (from precise GPS solution)
5: INS roll (deg)
6: INS pitch (deg)
7: INS heading (deg)

Note that the timetags in word 1 are not quite evenly spaced.  This is due to 
some firmware oddities in our Litton INS which, despite quite a lot of effort 
on our part, we have been unable to prevail upon Litton to fix.
