The NISAR (NASA-ISRO Synthetic Aperture Radar) Mission Team has released over 100,000 Level 1 to Level 3 L-band data products through the Alaska Satellite Facility DAAC.

This is the second publication of data following the launch of the NISAR satellite in July 2025. It provides products from locations around the world to help the user community develop workflows to access the files, become familiar with time series, and begin working with the data. Maps displaying the global distribution of the data included in this second release are available on the NASA NISAR Data Overview webpage. Learn more about the known product issues of the February 2026 release in the ASF NISAR Data User Guide.

NISAR data products can be downloaded from the ASF DAAC using Vertex Data Search and Earthdata Search.

Learn more about NISAR data in the NISAR Data User Guide. A comprehensive overview of the NISAR mission is available in the NISAR Science Users’ Handbook. Submit your questions and comments to the Earthdata Forum or contact ASF User Support.
