The JPL/CalTech ARIA Project utilizes SAR data and GPS for detecting and measuring ground deformation and creating predictive models. Cloud-based Sentinel-1 SAR data from the ASF DAAC archive are processed by the ARIA team alongside the data to take advantage of the power and scalability of cloud processing. The resulting geocoded unwrapped (GUNW) interferograms are then distributed through the ASF DAAC according to the NASA open-data policy; that is, the data products are freely available to download.
